The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
In cooperation with our hosting providers, we strive to protect the databases as effectively as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or falsification.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g., when communicating via email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.
By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing, and use of data as described below. This website can generally be visited without registration. Data such as the pages viewed or the names of the files accessed, as well as the date and time, are stored on the server for statistical purposes, without this data being directly linked to your person. Personal data, in particular your name, address, or email address, is collected on a voluntary basis whenever possible. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Processing of personal data
We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. Furthermore, insofar as the EU GDPR is applicable, we process personal data according to the following legal bases in connection with Article 6, paragraph 1 of the GDPR:
- a) Processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
- b) Processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract with the data subject and for carrying out corresponding pre-contractual measures.
- c) Processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation to which we are subject under applicable EU law or under applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is wholly or partially applicable.
- d) Processing of personal data in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
- f) Processing of personal data to protect our legitimate interests or those of third parties, provided that the fundamental freedoms and rights and interests of the data subject do not override them. Legitimate interests include, in particular, our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims, and compliance with Swiss law.
We process personal data for the duration necessary for the respective purpose or purposes. In cases of longer retention obligations due to legal and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict the processing accordingly.
Privacy policy for cookies
This website uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store specific, user-related information on the user’s device while they are using the website. Cookies allow us, in particular, to determine the frequency and number of users visiting the pages, to analyze website usage patterns, and to make our services more user-friendly. Cookies remain stored even after the browser session ends and can be retrieved again when you revisit the site. If you do not wish this, you should configure your internet browser to refuse the acceptance of cookies.
A general objection to the use of cookies for online marketing purposes can be registered with many services, especially in the case of tracking, via the US website http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU website http://www.youronlinechoices.com/. Furthermore, you can prevent the storage of cookies by disabling them in your browser settings. Please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this online service.
Privacy policy for SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the website operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of your browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
When SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be intercepted or read by third parties.
Privacy policy for server log files
The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals. This data will not be combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to review this data retrospectively if we become aware of concrete evidence of unlawful use.
Third-party services
This website may use Google Maps for embedding maps, Google Invisible reCAPTCHA for protection against bots and spam, and YouTube for embedding videos.
These services from the American company Google LLC use cookies, among other things, and as a result, data is transferred to Google in the USA. However, we assume that no personal tracking takes place solely through the use of our website.
Google has committed to ensuring adequate data protection in accordance with the US-European and US-Swiss Privacy Shield frameworks.
Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy.
Privacy policy for contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the form, including your contact details, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. We will not share this data with third parties without your consent.
Privacy policy for newsletter data
If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on this website, we require your email address and information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you consent to receiving the newsletter. No other data will be collected. We will use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and will not share it with third parties.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data, your email address, and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter.
Privacy policy for the comment function on this website
For the comment function on this website, in addition to your comment, information about the time the comment was created, your email address, and, if you do not post anonymously, the username you have chosen will be stored.
Storage of the IP address
Our comment function stores the IP addresses of users who post comments. Since we do not review comments on our site before they are published, we need this data to be able to take action against the author in the event of legal violations such as insults or propaganda.
Subscribing to comments
As a user of this site, you can subscribe to comments after logging in. You will receive a confirmation email to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided. You can unsubscribe from this feature at any time via a link in the information emails.

You have the right at any time to request free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, as well as the right to correct, block, or delete this data. For this and any other questions regarding personal data, you can contact us at any time using the address provided in the legal notice.
Services subject to a fee
To provide paid services, we request additional data from you, such as payment information, in order to process your order or request. We store this data in our systems until the statutory retention periods have expired.
Using Google Maps
This website uses the Google Maps API to visually display geographical information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes, and uses data about visitors’ use of the map functions. You can find more information about data processing by Google in Google’s privacy policy. There, in the Privacy Center, you can also change your personal privacy settings.
Detailed instructions on how to manage your data in connection with Google products can be found here.
Google AdWords
This website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you arrived at our website via an advertisement placed by Google, Google AdWords will place a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of different AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can refuse the setting of the necessary cookie – for example, by adjusting your browser settings to generally disable the automatic setting of cookies or by configuring your browser to block cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com”.
Please note that you must not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not want any measurement data to be recorded. If you have deleted all your cookies in your browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again.
Use of Google reCAPTCHA
This website uses the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). The purpose of this query is to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or by automated, machine processing. The query includes sending your IP address and, if applicable, other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and further processed there. However, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCAPTCHA will not be merged with other Google data. Your data may also be transferred to the USA. An adequacy decision of the European Commission, the “Privacy Shield,” exists for data transfers to the USA. Google participates in the “Privacy Shield” and has committed to its requirements. By using the query, you consent to the processing of your data. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal.

Privacy policy for Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To disable Google Analytics, Google provides a browser plug-in at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. Google Analytics uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store specific, user-related information on the user’s device. These enable Google to analyze the use of our website. The information collected by the cookie about the use of our pages (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended with the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” to ensure the anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). If anonymization is active, Google truncates IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, which is why no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google complies with the data protection provisions of the “Privacy Shield” agreement and is registered with the US Department of Commerce’s “Privacy Shield” program and uses the collected information to evaluate the use of our websites, to compile reports for us in this regard, and to provide other related services to us. You can find out more at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.
Privacy policy for Google AdSense

Google AdSense uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyze how users use the site. Google AdSense also uses web beacons (invisible graphics). These web beacons allow Google to analyze information such as visitor traffic on these pages. The information generated by cookies and web beacons about your use of this website (including your IP address) and the delivery of advertising formats will be transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. This information may be shared by Google with Google’s contractual partners. However, Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser settings; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above.

Order processing in the online shop with a customer account.
We process our customers’ data in accordance with the federal data protection regulations (Data Protection Act, DSG) and the EU GDPR, within the scope of the ordering processes in our online shop, in order to enable them to select and order the chosen products and services, as well as to facilitate their payment and delivery or execution.
The data processed includes master data (inventory data), communication data, contract data, and payment data. The individuals affected by this processing include our customers, prospective customers, and other business partners. The processing is carried out for the purpose of providing contractual services within the scope of operating an online shop, billing, delivery, and customer service. We use both session cookies, for example, to store the contents of the shopping cart, and persistent cookies, for example, to store the login status.
The processing of your data is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letters b (processing of orders) and c (legally required archiving) of the GDPR. The information marked as required is necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract. We only disclose your data to third parties in the context of delivery, payment, or within the scope of legal permissions and obligations. Your data will only be processed in third countries if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (e.g., at the customer’s request for delivery or payment).
Users can optionally create a user account, which allows them to view their orders, among other things. During registration, users are informed of the required information they need to provide. User accounts are not public and cannot be indexed by search engines, such as Google. If users terminate their user account, their data related to that account will be deleted, unless its retention is necessary for commercial or tax reasons in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR. Information in the customer account remains until its deletion, followed by archiving in the event of a legal obligation. It is the responsibility of users to back up their data before the end of the contract if they terminate their account.
As part of the registration process, subsequent logins, and the use of our online services, we store the IP address and the time of each user action. This data is stored based on our legitimate interests, as well as the user’s interest in protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. This data is generally not shared with third parties, unless it is necessary to pursue our claims or there is a legal obligation to do so in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR.
The data will be deleted after the expiration of statutory warranty and similar obligations; the necessity of retaining the data is reviewed at irregular intervals. In the case of statutory archiving obligations, the data will be deleted after their expiration.
Note regarding data transfers to the USA (United States of America)
For the sake of completeness, we would like to inform you that for users based in Switzerland, there are surveillance measures in place by US authorities that generally allow the storage of all personal data from Switzerland that has been transmitted to the USA.
This happens without differentiation, restriction, or exception based on the objectives pursued and without an objective criterion that would allow limiting the access of US authorities to the data and its subsequent use to very specific, strictly defined purposes that could justify the intrusions associated with both access to and use of this data. Furthermore, we would like to point out that in the USA, there are no legal remedies available to affected individuals from Switzerland that would allow them to obtain access to the data concerning them and to request its correction or deletion, nor is there any effective judicial protection against general access rights of US authorities. We explicitly draw the attention of those affected to this legal and factual situation so that they can make an informed decision regarding their consent to the use of their data.
Users residing in a member state of the EU are advised that, from the perspective of the European Union, the USA does not have an adequate level of data protection.
